And boy is it awesome! I bought Zelda Twilight Princess, and the game is just utterly amazing, the scenery, the atmosphere and game play is just totally mind blowing. I absolutely love it, it was worth the money I spent on it.

Yeah, I bough a Wii myself a few months ago. I finished Twilight Princess and Super Paper Mario, both great games. I don't have much time to play now so I haven't bough anything else.
There are some great Virtual Console games out as well. It's no wonder it's so popular.

My brother said "Wii Sports" is a good game. Is it the game that comes with the Wii? (since it would show off lots of different ways to use the controller)

Yes, Wii sports comes with the Wii. It has a selection of simple sports games that are fun to pass the time. It's great for two to four players. Baseball and boxing are only two player games however). It's not much fun by yourself, though there is a fitness test built it that you can play once a day for exercise. The training mode has some real changing tests of skill as well, if you'd really like to get better at playing the games.

Man, Zelda is so immense! Like Hyrule for example, I never realized how big it really is. Im at the Ice Temple now, and its buggin the hell outta me.

Yeah, the ice temple is like a maze with many creatures that can kill you if you aren't careful. Both my brother and I were down to less then one heart when we got the temple's weapon (he was playing the Gamecube version, so both versions are the same). Both the mini-boss and the final boss have attacks that are hard to evade. It does get easier after that.
