This is a game being developed by an indie company for the PS3. It's a game where you place objects onto a game world to create levels. These objects act upon the laws of physics (ex. A skateboard would roll down a ramp). It's really freaking cool. Check out the demonstration videos: Demonstration Part IDemonstration Part II

That game looks interesting, to bad it is for the PS3...

Why are you saying it's too bad it's on PS3? The PS3 needs some good exclusives like this to encourage more people to invest in the system.
Granted, it will likely be a long time before I'll be able to get a PS3 so I won't get to play it, but it is an interesting program and I hope we see more innovation like this in the future. I wouldn't be surprised to learn that Nintendo is working on a similar type of game for the Wii or NDS.

Yeah, this game looks pretty cool. It still doesn't look as cool to me as spore does, but that's just because it's more to my taste. That game is just awesome...
I do like this trend towards games empowering the player to use their creative juices instead of just blasting away on scripted levels.

Hey, blasting away at scripted levels can be fun! I just blew heads off people on Resident Evil 4. =P But it can get a little repetitive after a while, that is when we switch to games like RPGM2 and Little Big Planet.

[white]I've been playing RE4 myself lately. Almost to the end and its been a long 12 hours getting there. Still, this game is such fun. I can't wait for RE5 to finally come out.[/white]
