I wanted to edit my account, and was given an error saying I did not have permission or access or whatever to edit my account. Please help me Doan. I want to change my password because I can never remember the one that was generated for me and I have to keep cutting and pasting it out of my email.
Thanks for hosting such a great site!

Ok, this is weird, after spending thirty minutes writing a post, I couldn't post it because I wasn't signed on anymore. I asked to be sigen on for 80 mins. I was only on 40 tops! Waht gives here?

Ok, got the password problem fixed. Turns out the second problem was responsible. Thanks.

Yeah, when I go to sign in, I just check the box that says, "Always stay logged in" and then I delete the number of minutes from the box above that (if you don't, the "always stay logged in" thing sometimes doesn't work). Then, when you're done on the site, you can just click "Logout". That's been the easiest way for me to do it.

Under my profile there is a heading called additional information. How do add additioinal info? Can I, or do you guys do it (like a "this is what we've uncovered from our extensive background search")?

Yeah... I have no idea what that is for. As for changing name colors, you should receive a private message about it once you get to be a 5-star member. Ves and I have been away from the boards for the weekend, so we are a little behind on some of these administrative things. We will get to them as soon as possible.

If I delete a thread from my board does it affect my own or anyone else's post count? I wanna clean house, but not if it'll negatively impact other members.

I'm not really sure. Even if it does, it's not hard to get a few posts to make up for it. As a matter of fact, how about you send me a PM with all the threads you would like moved, and I can move them to a Game Forums Archives board? I can throw everyone's old posts in here so that we don't have to delete them, but you also don't have to have a cluttered forum.

Ok, the 10k limit on posts sucks. I had to break my new post about my battle system into pieces.

How do I make a link in a post and only have it say: click on the link here! I know how to do it with html, but I can't seem how to do it in here.
EDIT: nevermind, I figured it out.

In case anyone else is trying to figure this out, it's simply:
[url=httpaddress]link text[/url]
Alternatively, instead of using url tags, you can use link tags instead. Both do the same thing.
