Explanation of combo fighter: Basically the battle system will be you enetering series of commands like a tekken/MK/BattleArena type fight system where you can do moves like X-tri-square may be a combo, or cast a spell or something....with many playable fighters with upgradable moves and combos and spells, etc...
The boardgame and Mini-Game games would be shorter projects just to make some fun games for people to play... then I would move on. I also have a Metal Gear Solid spy invasion game that is pretty cool... as I started it a while ago but haven't worked on it much at all..... Which reminds me I get MGS3 today!!!!! I'm so excited!!!! My bro picked it up for me today and is coming here.....heck I'll add that to the list

I didn't think that Seasons was the best Zelda game. if you are going to remake anything, remake a harder one. Seasons was ridiculously easy. i beat it in nine hours once. ;D

I'd like to see a good variety of mini-games. It would be cool if getting a certain number of points could activate other, funner games.

Oooh I love MGS. I can't wait until I get my copy. Make a demo of your MGS spy game - I'd love to try it out.

Well of cousre if you beat seasons so fast I could always make a harder version. ;D
Doan- Yeah that's what I planned on with the points unlocking other mini-games etc...
Yeah I just got the new MGS today!!!! So fun, I love that game!! The whole game is practically movies lol it's crazy!!! I can put a demo copy of my MGS-style game and you can tell me what you think, I only have the Basic tuturial and the start of a mission. I'll finish the mission and put it on maybe tomorrow or whenever I get around to it...

lol no I haven't, although I have it all planned out, and trust me that's one of my top priorities. Along with finishing the new Metal Gear Solid Game I bought. I might just spend a couple minutes to finish the first mission on my MGS RPGM2 game just really quick and put it online to see what ppl think, but not to sidetrack mer from Zelda in any way. I just got to sit down and get busy on my Zelda game, I don't plan on getting stuck, the rest I have planned out is relatively easy scripting, just a lot of it for the puzzles and dungeons.

I don't know about you, but I know if I make another game I'm using the same battle system, menu system, and probably items, models, buildings, etc. as I did for Paladin. I'd say just take your Zelda game and use your basis you've already made to make another game similar but different to that. I think you ought to use some story and character ideas I'll be you've come up with and make a Zelda-esque game with a unique story and new characters. (that's what I'd do at least)

If more ppl would vote that would help me make my decision Yeah if I made Seasons, I would probably cycle my existing Zelda game into it, of course I would add/change a lot too... But would be fun, I also would probably use the real menu system then for equiping since there are so many different weapons/items I couldn't assign them all to buttons. Well off to get that mission done and put it online quick.... Edit: Okay, I put it (MGS game) online but I probably won't be able to get you the link till tomorrow, the site doesn't have it on yet so I'll have to wait till they update... Edit2: Okay here's the Link to the MGS style game: us.codejunkies.com/saves_showmaxdrive.asp?c=US&cr=USD&cs=$&r=0&l=1&g=587&st=CIt's the Stealth Ninja one.... ;D

Anybody else want to see a certain style of game for me to make next? I'm thinking a good survivor horror game would be fun, like residents evil style. I started one like when it first came out but it's gone by now. I could remake it though with an active battle system and everything it would be pretty awesome...that's if you like using broomsticks and stuff for weapons instead of swords and stuff lol ;D

I really like the mini game idea. I would ove to play a game compiled with minigames. But the rest of your ideas are good too.

I like the dual-playable Zelda game the most and very much. Are you gonna ask about that in this topic?

Me -
"I'd say you finish one-player mode, then make your next Zelda installment based on the idea of controlling two characters (Link and someone else I guess) to solve puzzles and go through dungeons and such. That sounds like a very good twist to make your next game more unique, and different from this one."
"Oooh baby! The thought of controlling Shiek and Zelda both and traversing dungeons and solving puzzles really gets my blood flowin'!"

See that what's I was thinking! You just cast spells and special moves and your basic punch animation or whatever and it'll be fast action. And you'll have to use the right burronts to dodge..etc...

^I'm interested in the mini game idea. The fighter would be a good choice if the graphics were just a little better. But it could work. After I finish my current game, "Berry Land", then I'll start on two new projects. One of which will be like super smash brothers. I'd like for someone else to try out that type of game first and give me tips and stuff. So whats your choice?
