progress is slow, but at least i've started up again. i have one more mammoth english project (20 minute speech on a british author!!) that i've been working on and once that's done (May 30 is the due date) i'll get back to RPGM in full.
so anyway, i've done the dungeon, object, and event editor for the skeleton of my fourth dungeon, now i need to add stuff inside it. once this is done i'll be about halfway through the story part, but then i need to add extras and stuff. i have a forboding feeling that i'm going to run out of memory and have to cut some stuff, but i hope that won't be the case.
so yeah. don't expect a lot of progress on this before May 30th, but once June starts up i should be back on track. as a side note, NeoSenshi Chapter 2 is coming along fairly nicely and should have a mid-June release maybe.

Sounds great. Now that I have a Max Drive, I'm gonna start tackling your games (not literally, of course ). By the way, don't worry. You've made a lot of contributions to the site. Wish I could say the same.

So I had a four-day break this past weekend and I went home to chill. I figured I'd crack open RPGM2 and play around with SS2 for a bit, and I started "working" on it. I had a lot of stuff I was doing over the break so I didn't accomplish much, and now I'm back at school with another 3 weeks of no RPG Maker. But I'll tell you what I did manage to do.
-Added a few more NPCs around town -Built the entire fifth dungeon except for the boss room -Built the fifth region -Outlined and pseudocoded various minigames
Memory is quickly becoming a problem, and so I've made some adjustments to previous claims:
-30 orbs instead of 50 -No cooking at all, and no alchemy license, but there will still be alchemy and dyes -Don't know if I ever claimed this, but originally there were going to be 2 variable party characters, now there will be one
Now, the minigames I have brainstormed are the following:
-"Follow the Leader" Music game similar to the Skull Kids in Ocarina of Time -"Super Chickens" game similar to the Lon Lon Ranch game in OoT -"Grave Digging" Battleship-type game similar to its counterpart in FBOP
So that's about it for now. I have 3 weeks until I get to see my PS2 again, and even then it will only be for a weekend. Thanksgiving is coming up, though, and if I'm still into it I'll surely use that time to get stuff done.
As for my post in the Kuromei Chronicle Progress topic, this was all meant to go towards a remastered KC release, but I figured I might as well just work on SS2 instead, since it's been about 2 years since I really worked on it. I don't want to hype up anything, since I can't guarantee that I'll get/want to work on it next time I'm home, but I am currently intending to accomplish some stuff with the game.
Til next time.

Sounds sweet! I'm going to download some RPGM3 games next time I bust out my X-Port and SSI is (I was already thinking so) going to be one of the games download. So basically what I'm saying is that I'm looking forward to playing SSI and SSII.

Cool beans. Nobody who's played Spirit Saga has ever finished it (or gotten past the first dungeon, I think). The first two dungeons are doozies. But things get much more balanced later on, and you can always tinker around with the editor to make the enemies less obnoxious since there's no password protection.
I can't remember if I took down my files or not, though, which is a problem. Comcast has been a huge pain in my ass lately and I've had trouble going through my files, and I don't know exactly where they'd be to check. If they're not there, then there's nothing I can do until I get back on my home computer in a few weeks.
