Tips -As explained in the tutorial, instead of spamming your most powerful combos which will end up wasting energy anyways, use tactics and logic to defeat your enemy. Slash dash takes up around 40 SP. You don't want to end up facing an enemy without the ability to use spirit attacks. It's a death sentence in many cases. -Unless you want to fight a very difficult boss at the end of the level, I wouldn't suggest that you ring the bell in the belltower. In the next version of the game, beating him will allow you to unlock one of the optional endings -If you want to actually see the optional ending, I suggest that you change the condition in line 41 0f script 750 into a "=" condition while changing the actual number in the condition to 155, and then beat him (I have no password protection). The optional ending will eventually include the names of every person that's helped me with RPG Maker 2 and a better indication of what's going on in the story. -In the boss battle in which you have to jump over the cannonball, prepare yourself to jump once the ball gets in front of the soldier

If You Wish To Play New Game (+) If you have a saved game you can select this at any time after saving your game and quitting. In New Game (+) your levels and items will be kept, yet most things relating to the story will be restarted.
Controls Square Button In Battle: When touching the enemy, the square button is used to attack though when your sword is not drawn, the square button is instead used to jump. Out of Battle: On the map, the square button is used to initiate sword attacks to objects and when standing near ledges, to jump.
R2 Button In Battle: The R2 button allows you to draw or put away your close-ranged weapon, such as swords, each time it’s pressed. If the sword is drawn, you’ll have the ability to attack but if the sword is put away, you’ll have the ability to jump. Your sword is at the beginning of every battle, drawn.
Triangle The triangle button is always the button you press before inputting the combos for long-ranged spirit attacks.
Characters (Note: the characters are described as they are at the beginning of the game) Party Members Name: Neil Gender: Male Job: Unemployed Height: 4'5-5'3 Weapon: Staff Quote: Often overly emotional and highly insecure, Neil often struggles with his identity as he places his worth in question (due to this, he's actually quite jealous of his friend, Jet Fujinshi, who not only comes from a respected family but is also regarded as a prodigy in chi control). Though he is highly depressed, and emotionally unstable, almost to the point of having a mood disorder, he often wears a fake smile on his face and deals with his problems internally. His entire life changes with the event that happens during the Lunar Festival.
His battle abilities include a variety of chi and psychic-based attacks such as confusion and energy beam. His attack power is about average but the real beef of his power lies in his spirit attacks.
