So far I completey altered the game and started up on the second project. Drew has been assisting me through MSN. So far I got a computer type thing. Basically once a key item is obtained (the Psy Processory) you can press select you bring up a number of new selections. Not right away. It starts off empty. It's a desktop thing. I did it like this.
When pressing select you get warped to this caved in room, but the screen is blacked out and the character can still move. Moving the character to certain points in the room makes events (computer programs) react, but so you can tell where each program is I made a visual effect like a mouse pointer to guide you on the screen when really its your guy just walking on events. This is where the mini-game data, tools, civilian backup, and such are listed.
I also used the d-pad for commands as opposed to walking. Press up to arise a map, down to open the jukebox (to us an MP3 player) and more. I've emptied more on the memory card to add a second file for more. Hahahaha stay in tuned.
Peace... Nerus Sentia!

Yeah sorry, but I couldn't use the space for a desktop so I used multiple choice and VFX and others to make something about 99% of it, except the warp to the room. It's just a gray screen (later I'll make is customizable colors) and a huge selection of options. The d-pad thing is still going on though. Thats not being doubted for a second.
Start - Automatically brings up map of area if you have the map item of the place. Up button - Jukebox (mp3 player thingy) where you get songs from the game to play. Down button - Portalgraph is the telephone I talked about. Square button - Uses currently equipped tool (I finally perfected it using two scripts). L3 - First person perspective (took me like 300 memory so not much of a sacrifice). R3 - Key items bank list. Left button - Random quote generator by a party member, usually funny or informative. Right button - (still underway, taking suggestions)
And I made cigarettes for the smoking players which looks literally like cigarette smoke and it doesn't take you're health, but certain townspeople react to it sometimes. Alcohol is in it, but only through the taverns. I would input the other stuff, but I didn't want to go to far and offend someone. I did make it, but its not in the game. Its effects would just make the screen colors change and you're guy stall and hear a high pitched laugh from the leader form time to time until it wears off. Comic relief thing.
Theres finally a mouse you can use. When used form the CMS he changes into the party and walks around small places unreached by normal party members. Very useful, trust me. Kind of like Munchie from DQVIII.
Funny part... I still have enough to compose a long ass game because I used a lot of contents that wouldn't do any harm to the production.

Thanks... I'm working my ass off as well as multitasking a million other things as well. This is my main priority as of now though.

Yes I did and I must say I am impressed that you could pull of something like that. I think Drew had a Spiderman game a while back. You guys are very creative, but I prefer the old school RPG games.

I like old school rpg too. I've been playing Final Fantasy 2(the nes version that only came out in japan) on my GBA at work lately, and I've been loving it. Your game is sounding good, can't wait to see some screenshots or a video.

New innovation... Missions system. Basically when you are supposed to do something involving the story line or what not then on the Psy Processory you can view it if you forget. Also talking to certain towns people will allow hints and tips to be saved. Go to "Guidance" and it'll tell you the hint reformatted. I added more Portalgraph numbers.
