For starters, I'd like to say I'm not new here, in case anyone posts that, I've just forgotten what old account I had because I haven't touched this game in a while, and for the record, I was never any good.
But besides that I have been trying to do an event that would go like this.
Talk to ____ Teleport to ____ map Turn Flag on to start events (1 monster attacking while multiple people attack back)
I set it up so that when I talked it would warp me there, and then I placed an event on the warp spot that when I was there it would basically just turn on the flag, and then I was hoping it would meet the event conditions and start.
When I did it, I warped to the map, but as soon as I warped there I warped straight out into the world map (using a pre-made editor). I then thought it might be due to my map not being accessible on the world map, so I tried to place it on it, but I couldn't enter it, the same thing happened. I copied scripts (with what I thought to be necessary changes) from the world map to town, but the same thing happened.
Can anyone help me?

Some great advice for starters that I learned from Doan is to a) make an Action Script/Event that changes the screen's transparency to 100%, b) place that Event in every Event Placement/World Organization, and c) remove the Screen: Transparency 100% line from the default "To Map/Facing" Script.
After doing that, simply (in the place where you warp to) make an Auto Event with the Content Script that has whatever you want to happen in the cutscene in it. As far as a semi-big battle scene, the details are up to you. Just use Event: Control Change to switch control to another event (so you can make a different person/Event do something, then switch to a different person/Event and make him/her/it to do something).
Good luck, and don't be afraid to ask for more help if you need it.

So if I add in map fading and place it in every event/world org, it will solve my problem of me getting warped out of my map the second I go there? It is literally, screen changes, I fly up, and end up first panel in front of the town.

Hey Poopiness, thanks, I got the warp to the map to work. I think it was because I had teleport on in the world org page or something. Anyways now I have another problem to whoever can help me.
I have a bunch of people set up. 1 monster and like 15 ninjas who are gonna attack it, but this is what happens. I have it set up so when I talk to ___ in that map, camera changes, flag turns on. The flag is the condition for the ninjas and monster and they have no script attached, but instead I thought I could put on Normal Attack 1(for monster) and Missle 1(for ninjas) but no luck. It won't do anything. Is there some sort of script I should be using or anything I'm doing wrong?

"the ninjas and monster and they have no script attached"
This could be the problem many people have where all you have to do is, instead of making the "Enemy"s from scratch, you have to copy and paste a pre-existing one. This is because on Nrm, you can't put the proper scripts on the "Enemy," but they also don't start with the right scripts on unless you copy/paste a default "Enemy."
If you're trying to have a huge cutscene with lots of guys moving, it'll be tough. In fact, I have one cutscene in my game, and I found the limit for Events to be moving at the same time to be 9 + the Party's movement. If you want them to change to a certain Action via Event: Change Action: (to Stand, Happy, or Special), then you can have more moving (I use that word loosely since technically they are staying on the same square panel.

My monster is just a regular character, since I didn't know how to get a monster to show. I just really need the scripts for characters attacking outside of battle.

I'm sure this was answered before, but since that was likely a long time ago, I'll go over it again.
In the script that starts the cut scene going, add this:
Apply together Call Script [Monster's actions] Call Script [Ninja1's Actions] Call Script [Ninja2's Actions] Call Script [Ninja3's Actions] Call Script [Ninja4's Actions] Call Script [Ninja5's Actions] etc. Apply in order Wait of Script End (put anything you want to happen after the battle here)
Then create scripts for all the actions above. Note that these scripts doesn't need to be attached to any event to work. They will follow this basic format:
Event Control change [Monster] (or Ninja1, 2, 3 etc.) {move monster change action or motion VFX for attack} {Basically put here any actions you what this NPC to carry out} Event Control change: Normal
When you are done and play the game, all the called scripts will run at the same time (actually 1 Frame after the other, but it will go so fast it will seem like it's all happening at once). However, as Poopiness warned above, the more things going on the slower everything will get. You can turn down the shadows on the map to speed things up, but there are still limits of what you can do.
Note, any VFX you use will need to be set up so they can overlap, that is if any VFX do overlap in your scene. Just set the mark point to 1 and that should do it.
