I'm always working on it, just since its such a large game in comparisson to The Gunslinger I thought I'd put alot of energy into TG to help me learn more about RPGM2 and thus aid in the future completion of ED. Of course you also have to realize ED is a trilogy, so it'll likely take me awhile to be truly finished.

Endless Dreams the website is under constuction. New content and a slightly altered presentation are the major changes going on. Most of it's still under construction. More updates coming soon!

I found the glitch a couple hours after I sent the message. Thanks for the help though.
EDIT: I take that back. When ever I change my browser's font size prefernce my tables no longer maintain the same shape. This is confusing. The middle column doesn't go flush up against the top table, and I can't figure out why. Plus, altering the font size in the browser will make the right column move away from the top table as well. Maybe I have to get rid of my "tables in tables" and just use one table with adjusted cells, only then the cells in the columns will all stretch to fit one another's heights. Confoundit!

I looked for hous and couldn't find a solution, so I just made all text at a fixed size. This sucks though, for anyone that like top resize their text on screen.

Slow and sad I'm affraid. Life's just been way too busy lately. That, along with the constant state of exhaustion I seem to be in, are really wearing me down. I need some serious rest, like a week, and a thousand dollars, to get my finacial worries off my mind and maybe I'll feel like getting back into the swing of things. In the mean time, I just don't have any for RPGM2.

concerning ways to get cash, time and opportunity for break, and stress relievers. borders is hiring here, part time, full time and managers, so i figure its hiring there too. (we live near each other, remember?)

Oh, duh . I've been slow lately. I think I just need rest, but I'll definitely look into Borders, I've always wanted to work in a book store.
If nothing else, I know I can get a job with Dell, but the hours would suck 5:00am to 5:00pm Friday through Sunday. The plus side is Dell pays you 40hrs for the 36.

I've actually begun playing RPGM2 more often now. It's taken almost permanent residency in my PS2 now. I'm actually working on four different games at the moment to keep myself from getting bored from any one title.
My current run is a remake of a short game I started on RPGM1, but never got to finish. Its about a murder mystery at a new hotel and you play the detective trying to solve it. I would give a little more detail, but like I said its a short game and its all plot and story, no fighting in this one (at least not like normal fighting).
I've got a lot of nothing to do currently, so I should be able to get a lot of it done with out trouble.
I'm considering saving my ED titles to do on RPGM3, but until I see the new software myself I can't guarantee anything.
I give a more thorough update next weekend.

Ignore the man behind the curtain!
Well, I am now 100% positive that I have A.D.D. not A.D.H.D. because I'm too damn lazy for that.
I started work on a new game. No title and no info yet, but I think I'll make it a pseudo side scroller (you'll see what I mean (hopefully)).
So far I got a "fairy" demon playing as the main character. I think its got potential. To be, you know, potentially funny.
Whatever though, I'll let you all know if it goes anywhere.

The process for my methods of life are forever surprising me. When I first began creating my games I spent months prior to the release of RPGM2 planning and going over all the events I had planned for it. Then, I finally got my copy of RPGM2 and I felt cheated. The ease of use from one had been stripped away to reveal this monstrosity of frustration. I wanted to scream.
A lot of you have followed me through my process of development and seen me fly and fail in my pursuit of creating my games. I just didn't feel that I could do it. But now, as I draw closer and closer to actually completing a game, a new feeling swells up in me.
If I can make this, albeit short, game, then why can't I complete my epics as well? I think this puzzle game was just what I needed to refresh myself for working on my ED games.
I think I'll start small though. Once I finish PD I'll move one to The Gunslinger, which was the basis for my map editor technical demo. It's only about 15-17 maps and a CBS scripting from completion. I know I can do it, I just have to apply the effort and patience I've learned from this current outing into its creation. Then, once I get TG complete I can finally move on to my ED games, unless RPGM3 proves to be a better platform for it production.
I again want to thank all of you for your support of my ideas and for your understanding of my delays. You've all made me a better designer.

So, I've decided not to move.
I'm angry at myself.
I'm angry at the world.
I'm scared and a little sad.

I'm angry at myself.
I'm angry at the world.
Anger can be a powerful motivator if channeled properly. Use it to your advantage. Focus it's rage on getting things done. Pick one thing that will better your situation, even if only a little, and do it. Repeat tomorrow (with another thing). Continue daily. Eventually things will improve noticeably. Libraries have free newspapers for job hunting and even copies of The Book of Tao for your mindset. Best of luck. Peace.

[white]Well, in two hours I shall be rejoining the Final Fantasy XI online community. No doubt this will distract from my energies that I would be using for Endless Dreams, and it will likely further delay me release. For this I am sorry. My life here with my family is a curious one. The every day monotony of life here in no-where's-ville is slowing driving me nuts. I love my family, dearly, and since I will continue to be with them for an unknown length of time I will need to escape from them. Thus my return to FFXI. That, and I just really really want to play it again. So, I will maintain my best efforts to continue on my game, but please don't hate me for delaying it even further. :-\[/white]

Saweet, sounds fun.
I have thought about buying the game many times. Is it worth buying? I just dont really know to much about it.
Anyways, dont be douchey and put to much of a delay on Endless Dreams. =P I am sure many of us are waiting very impaitently lol.
But have fun with XI regardless.

[white]Well, my comp has been dead for over a month now, Ves still hasn't managed to get me a copy of linux like he said he would, four weeks ago, and I'm barely maintaining sanity.
If anyone else is capable of making a Linux boot disc, or a windowsXP boot disc, with a kengen serial (I hate MS and refuse to pay, besides my home made comp never had it to start with) and would like to send it to me, I'd be eternally greatful. Or, if you want to talk shop about RPGM2 or anything (I'm going nutts not having the net around) feel free to drop me a line (in the evening, our phone is a business line with no call waiting--don't ask) after 7pm CST.

P.S. please don't come censor my info Doan, this is our business address (my family business) and I have no need to hide it. In fact, does any one need a lowboy utility trailer? Best prices in Texas.[/white]

Why don't you just download a Linux boot disk off the internet? There must be a library or internet cafe you can go to and download the file. You can go here for several types of Linux systems in bootable format.
