Yeah, the pics look sweet, very detailed and aesthetically appealing.

Thanks, guys. I'm glad I'm able to deliver the atmosphere of the environment. One of my main goals is to bring out the life of the world. As always, the hardest part for me is making NPCs, because I can't think of enough substantial material for dialogue. Meh.
I'll update as often as I can (whatever that may mean), and I'll try to work on the game as much as I can. With school coming up (and quite a slamming senior schedule) I may not have the time I used to, but I'll see what I can do.
Peace out.

As always, the hardest part for me is making NPCs, because I can't think of enough substantial material for dialogue. Meh. Just rip off Rush lyrics! If every NPC speaks in lines from songs, it saves you from having to think up lines and instead you just have to worry about what line to use where! This also works with Shakespeare, Piers Anthony, and The Space Giants!

I find the NPC's useful for setting the mood of the game. If you can't think of anything about teaching gameplay or giving background info, having your NPC's either say depressing, care-free, or silly stuff can get the player starting to feel a certain way... then you show mandatory cutscenes of whatever mood you've set. Gl, still sounds cool and interesting.

Will do. I think I'm going to update the demo one more time and actually include everything in the file this time, so hopefully by the end of the week I'll have a new demo for you all that isn't full of problems. -the smurf
