The PC version came out after the PS2 one, so They fixed a few problems before releasing it. You need a fast computer to run it properly but if you have a newer computer that shouldn't be a problem. Heck, for $1.15 I'd get it even if it were crap, which it's not.

Note that there is plenty of PSX emulation software which will allow you to play any PSX game disc using your computer (including the original RPGM). As long as you are using the original disc (and not some downloaded ROM), you are doing nothing illegal.
Of course, if the computer version is better, that might be irrelevant, but I thought I'd give that heads-up, anyways.
