I'm not sure if anybody's still paying attention to this place, but I thought I'd post just in case. Don't know what a let's play is? It's when you have someone recording themselves play a video game, adding their own commentary to what they're playing. I've been doing them for a year, now. So far, I've covered six RPGM games, two of which are for RPGM2: Untamed Madness and SD Paradise. I've got a special area at RPG Maker Pavilion for them, including a request page. Anybody interested, check out what I've got, or request that I tackle your own game. It might take a little while to get to your game, depending on the size of the games already in the queue, but I'll be sure to get to them eventually. Actually, I could also use help from others willing to LP RPGM games. There's a lot of them out there, and there's no way I'll be able to hit them all. A couple people have already tried, including an LP of RPGM2 Tetris, recorded by Damien (the guy trying to make an RPGM2 Sims game). That's about it. If anybody's still lurking and notices this, check it out, request your own game, or create an LP as well. Hope you guys are interested. IMPORTANT EDIT:The sections at the Pavilion are no longer in use. Instead, please refer to my YouTube channel: www.youtube.com/user/GDGaming

God I wish I had the time to do that. I'd honestly love to play the RPGM2 games that have been made in the past (Farm Life, Tetris, Nash's Zelda stuff) but I've just never had the time. Maybe this summer, once the semester's over, but who knows.
As for games of my own, they're all pretty crap. GC, KC, and SS1 are all very amateurish and not worthy. Some of my demos were decent (namely SS2), but I don't think I'm hosting my games anymore anyway.
This is a great idea though, certainly good for helping to keep RPG Maker alive. I'll try to check out your work when I have some time to spare.

This sounds like a great idea. I feel ashamed that I haven't really contributed much besides the Cutscene Workshop (which isn't even really a game and not entirely my own), but anyway, I'd love to see these videos. Playthrough videos with commentary are always interesting.

I watched your first Let's Play (Tsunami's A Ronin Story). I'd like to say, thank you very much for doing this. It is wonderful incentive to get back to work. The fact that you spent so much time and effort to play through an entire RPGM3 game and comment every step of the way is unbelievable. I've been in and out of working on my current RPGM3 project, but now I'm definitely going to get down to business and try to finish it off this summer.
As for doing my own LP, I dare say I have no complicated gizmos with which to do it. I still do intend to play some games, though. I only have two and a half days left of school, and I'm only working one day a week this summer, so I should have plenty of time to do some RPG Making.
Again, this is great. Keep up the good work, Draygone!

Important update: Yeesh, I haven't been paying the slightest attention to this topic. Okay, so anybody who's interested, I've got a YouTube channel: www.youtube.com/user/GDGamingThat, along with RPGM Pavilion and RPGM Magazine, is probably the best place to contact me about doing an LP of your game. The section I linked at the Pav is no longer in use.
