Hello! Does this thing still work?! Anyway, Bigfoot recently sent me a message about a reddit post he made about RPGM2. That got me thinking about this forum and all the great convos we had, and about my old website. I happen to have an external hard drive with me that has all of the content from doanthenado.com on it. I took a few hours today to go through and clean everything up and update the links, and now doanthenado.com is back in business! For now, I don't anticipate adding any new content, but at least it's there in all its historical glory for all to see. Have fun!

Yay! Now if we can get the board images back. Not sure why Proboards took that out.

Board images are going to take me a bit longer. For now, though, the member forums again sort by Last Post. And the DOAN favicon is back, too.

Would you like updated versions of the Board images? Like almost a HD upgrade pretty much. If not what we have works fine

Before you spend any time on that, I want to get the old images in place and see how bad they look.

Yeah, it's been a long time since I've checked. I don't know, I was just thinking about this place and thought I'd stop by. Lot of memories haha. How've you been? You working on any games still (RPGM or otherwise)?

Mainly lots of work haha. And I've been trying to do a CLUE board game for RPGM2 but progress is going incredibly slow. I upload videos on my old youtube page every now and then. I actually did a LP of your Vanished Nights a few months back as well as Tetris

Jugem's past exploits on RPG Maker 2 are legendary in my book. I have always respected each and every member on these RPG Maker forums for their unique contributions to development. Jugem is a phenomenal programmer and originator. Nash was really good at the CBS stuff. I still remember seeing Doan's drawbridge for the first time, which was inspirational. Dungeon Warden seems to have an endless knowledge of the technical possibilities and limitations of the game engine. I enjoyed his Crown of Order demo, but wished he would have continued development on it. Rodak and ShawnForbes are well known (by me, at least) for pushing the VFX past the perceived limit. The list goes on. Lots of good and talented people on these message boards.

My apologies, I somehow missed those last couple replies. And now it's been another half a year lol. Anyway, I feel really grateful for the kind words, and the youtube videos. I've played a lot of cool RPGM2 games/demos as well, and I'm sure we all pushed each other to come up with some great stuff. Drew, I'll have to head over to your youtube page to see how your clue game is progressing. I'm very curious to see what you do with that. And as for the Vanished Nights video you made, sorry that all you got for solving that last puzzle was a broken demo hahaha. Can't remember if you already knew, but there was a finished boss in that dungeon, and also a block pushing puzzle in the town. Just more stuff for you to play around with.
