I'm writing a script for an event and I am having a few troubles. For one thing, what camera alteration do I use to move the camera away from party, but without having to do anything to the party? Like in this event is focuses on two guys talking behind the wall and you're listening in and then they hear something and come out for you. Thats what the next part comes when I want the party, event one, and event two to all run in different spots at the same time. I tried so much and nothing has been working for me.

If I'm understanding you correctly, you want the party and the two events to move independent of the camera.
On the surface, this is impossible since the camera can't leave the party. However, there are tricks you can use to get around this. Most importantly, the invisible party.
By making the party 100% transparent, you can move the camera around or keep it centered independent of what else happens on the screen.
You may be saying to yourself, "I knew that but I want to see the party." Well, that's where the next trick comes in. Make the party into a group of events. With a little work, you can make the events act like the regular party so the player doesn't know that he is actually looking at a group of events.
If you want the scene to end with the player in control of the party, just move the party over the group of events and turn off the events while turning the party 0% transparent. Now the player can control the party again.

Even with apply script together, you cannot move 2 different events at the same time.
The way to do this would be to make them repeating action scripts that are set to random movement, but not until a certain flag is turned on.
Things can get kind of buggy when coordinating with action scripts though, so I try to stick to doing one thing at a time.
Other then that I think what you want is Horizontal Angle for the camera, especially if you dont want to move the party from where its currently at.

Okay, who are you and why are you bringing up so many old topics?
You most certainly can have several events running at the same time using Apply together since apply together works with the call script command. You just need to make a script for every event you want to move and then call all those scripts at the same time (using apply together) There is a limit to how many scripts you can call but it's certainly possible and much easier then trying to use action scripts.

Hes right, sorry about that. I kind of assumed if you couldn't just control 2 events at once with apply together in a single script, I didn't expect multiple scripts to do so. I guess it's always a mistake to say "you cant" when it comes to RPGM2. You can log 1000s of hours and still have something to learn...

Im curious, what is the reason to type this? I mean you could have just agreed silently, typing this has no meaning whatsoever.
