I tried to watch it but there is too much cloud cover where I live, I cant even see a single star.

I'm just waiting for the next solar eclipse. I haven't seen one (or known of one) since I was in Middle School during the 90s.

I only knew about the lunar eclipse when the commentators mentioned it on the World Series, which is really a shame since I'm an ASTRONOMY MINOR! Yeah, I'm not sure why my astro professor didn't say anything about the coming eclipse, but oh well, I guess astronomers no longer see things like that as being novel.
Anyways, to get back on topic, I did see it when it was partially eclipsed when they cut to it on the game, but there was way too much cloud cover here in Columbus to see any of the sky.
Too bad I missed it,

Speaking of the World Series . . . . . . . . . . . . . . they played The Middle by Jimmy Eat World!!!!!!!!!! during the fourth inning!!!!!!!!! (or so I heard at the Jimmy Boards ) . . . . . . . . . . . . . Illegal topic hijack! jk , I too did not see the lunar eclipse, know about it, nor probably cloud have seen it since we have a ton of polution from all the freeways around here.

Nevermind, I just found out they played the Middle in the 4th game of the world series. The Middle made the winning team win I tell you!
