I know there's a way of doing this, but I'm wondering. How do you display Enemy Models as VFX (Kind of like in Jugem's Vanished Nights)?

Just requires patience. I tryed it once, it turned out okay. There was one post by Dark Horizons (I think that was his name) that had a good deal of custom enemies made by VFX. I can't find it though, maybe I'm not looking hard enough. The only thing I made was this:
Comet1: Head part Barrier 1/2: Body part Icicle1: Joint one of arms and tail Icicle2: Joint two of arms Smoke: Orange smoke surrounding tail
That's pretty much it though, I stopped after that. I might make some to do summons or enemies later though.

What I've gathered is that in the Enemy Actions you go to Effects and can put Visual Effects on an enemy for a certain amount of time (always) and make the actual enemy model always transparant. Look under the premade Skeleton's Attack 2 to see an example (should be ice on his hand for a bit). I don't have any advice I could give you as for making them though. Gl

Yeah this is very possible and really cool except it takes a lot of time. Basically use like the ball visual effect and alot of the others then put them together to make an enemy icon. If you try out Jugem's game, it isn't locked so you can look over how he did it. He had visual effects for the bottom, mid, and head for his boss. Then made different animations with each. His bomb and stuff also looked very sharp. And he completely made his waterfall from scratch. I just wish in the visual editor it gave you like all the basic plain white geometric shapes. But you can find a lot of them from some of the other visual effect, especially if you distort their size.

Are you talking about the pre-made enemies? If so, than it's not possible to use them as effects(other than taking a snap shot and using up huge amounts of memory)..
Now if you're talking about using the VFX editor as enemies in either gameplay or actual DBS battles, then yes... A good portion of my game will be VFX characters. It takes time and trial by error to make anything worth while, but just set your mind to it.. I'll bring my post of VFX characters up so you can get a good look at them..

Okay! Thanks everyone. I know what to do now. I saw DarkHorizon's pics (sweet stuff, man). I know well how the VFX editor works so creating a monster or what not will be a snap.
The reason I thought Jugem used the enemies from the Enemy Editor was because it looked a lot like the Ogre. Anyway, thanks again.

Well, I doubt that it will be a "snap", but I sure hope so. Good luck!
