Okay! I've decided to unravel some stuff that will be in my game. However, I've decided to not show the plot, as I am still working on it. Also, the title is still undecided. So, here we go:

THE CHARACTERS
(Note that some terms may be confusing, so I've included footnotes of them at the end of this section)

Bio: Doshi is a swordsman in training from Hajimari. He's the kind of guy to be fun and outgoing in casual occasions, but reserved and serious in dire situations. Being the son of Ramen, the owner and cook of the local inn and tavern, Doshi is an expert in the culinary arts.
Name: Hiromi Sakura
Age: 17

Bio: Devout and spiritual, Hiromi is an incredibly moral person. Despite the sinful people that surround her (her friends included), she claims that it is all a part of "the human struggle". Armed with much knowledge at her disposal, she astounds even the most omniscient scholars.

^Mana Knights: The highest ranking of knights. They are masters of physical combat and offensive magic.
*Mecha: A race of humans with great knowledge and understanding of machines. In fact, it is said they can hear the voices of machines.
ELEMENTS
There are 10 elements:
Earth: Crushes enemies with the earth. Not strong against flying enemies.
Fire: Scorches enemies with flames. Strong against ice enemies.
Water: Drowns enemies with water. Strong against fire enemies.
Air: Blows enemies away with powerful gusts. Strong against flying enemies.
Ice: Freezes enemies with blizzards. Not strong against fire enemies.
Lightning: Electrocutes enemies with electricity. Strong against mechanical and water enemies.
Nature: Enemies witness the powers of nature. Not strong against ice enemies.
Sacred: Call forth the power of the gods. Strong against enemies of darkness.
Wicked: Hell breaks loose on your foes, literally. Strong against enemies of light.
Spirit: Utilizes the full power of the human soul. Strong against magical enemies.
Like in FF7, resistance to a certain element may cause:
Half: Halves damage taken
Void: No damage is taken
Absorb: Heals by number of damage.
STATUS CONDITIONS
Poison: You lose a small amount of HP per turn.
Toxic: You lose a moderate amount of HP per turn.
Stun: You are unable to perform any action for a duration of time.
Sleep: You are unable to perform any action for a duration of time or until you are attacked.
Curse: After a duration of time, you faint.
Frozen: You are unable to perform any action for a duration of time and you lose a small amount of HP per turn (like in Zelda: OoT)
*Petrify: You become stone and are unable to perform an action for the rest of the battle.
Rage: Your ATK is doubled, while your ACU is halved. Plus, Danger Limit fills up faster.
Calm: Your ATK is halved, while your ACU is doubled. Plus, Danger Limit fills up slower.
Shrink: Your ATK and DEF are halved while your DEX and ACU are doubled.
Silence: You cannot perform any abilities.
*Faint: You are unable to perform an action for the rest of the battle.
*If all characters receive this condition, you lose the battle.
ABILITIES
There are 3 types of abilities: Skills, Dangers, and Summons.
Skills: You'll be using this type of ability the most. These abilities are the various spells and techniques you learn from the Classes you take. When used, they consume SP (Skill Points).
Dangers: Dangers are, basically, the Limit Breaks in my game. Once your Danger Limit is filled up, a textbox saying "(name of character) Danger Ready!". At this point, you can enter the Danger menu and activate a Danger ability. Once used, your Danger Limit resets back to 0. All boss enemies come with their own Danger ability.
Summons: This is probably my favorite type of ability. These types of abilities are gained by equipping the various Card Items you can find as accessories. Then, by entering the Skill menu and summoning the creature listed, you can inflict severe damage on your foes and give negative effects to them. For example, Boltz can inflict great Lightning damage upon your enemies and may, sometimes, stun them. Characters can only use a Summon ability once.
CLASS SYSTEM
All classes are divided into 5 groups:
Warrior-Type: Specializes in fighting
Mage-Type: Specialize in magic abilities
Thief-Type: Specializes in money and items
Priest-Type: Specializes in healing
Scientist-Type: Specializes in status effects
As such, there are 5 different places you must go to if you wish to join certain classes (for each type). Also, each class specializes in certain talents (like a Knight can, sometimes, instantly slay a non-boss enemy). As a treat, here are a couple of them:
Name: Knight
Info: Strictly honor-bound warriors
Talent: Can, sometimes, instantly slay non-boss enemies.
Name: Barbarian
Info: Rush into battle recklessly
Talent: Danger Limit fills up faster.
Name: Elementalist
Info: Master of the elements of nature
Talent: Receives bonus to MAGIC when in places of nature (beach, forest, etc.)
Name: Necromancer
Info: Disciples of the darkness
Talent: Receives bonus at wicked places.
Name: Rogue
Info: Skilled in thievery
Talent: Obtains extra Gold after battle.
Name: Pirate
Info: Sailors who seek treasure
Talent: May pick up items while wandering in dungeons.
Name: Priest
Info: Healing specialists
Talent: At the end of battles, 10% of MAX HP is recovered (unless he/she fainted).
Name: Pacifist
Info: Experts of spells that aid
Talent: Danger Limit fills up slower.
Name: Chemist
Info: Can give disease and curses to enemies

Info: Creates potions that damage and disease

NAMING SYSTEM
In my game, not only can you name the characters' first names, but also their last names. It may not sound significant, but just imagine giving your characters the full names of yourself and your friends? Also, if you don't want one of your characters to keep his/her name, you can change it at one point later on in the game.
Also, giving a character a certain name will bestow upon them an increase in their attributes. However, it only works the first time you name a character.
