i want to make a battle system like final fantasy 10 can anyone tell me the script for it. and is it possible to make summons like in final fantasy 7? i noticed the games frame rate is a bit choppy, any way to fix that?

You'll have to be more specific on what you need help on. The scripts needed to make a battle system just like FFX's would take up at least 750 lines od scripting, if not more. Making summons to look very similar to FF7's would take a l o t of work and a l o t of memory, but powerful spells that target all the enemies is a sinch.

Yes, there is no simple "script"solution for a FFX battle system, gonna have to make it yourself. Summons are easier to make thankfully, and I might describe how to use enemy models in this fashion in a scripting FAQ update someday. But yeah, you can definitely do it, but you'll most likely have to make one yourself.
The game runs smoothly, but when it does lag a bit, it's usually because you have too much stuff being displayed at once(like too many character models on screen with thick shadows at a zoomed in camera angle) or some other such thing, it usually doesn't lag otherwise.

To make a summons appear you will need to create a special enemy action (Enemy Action editor) that makes the enemy quickly move from the default entry position to the place you want it to enter, and then have it move into frame, do its attack and then move away. Create a Direct effect that uses this action (Battle : Enemy Action) and then removes the enemy. Create a model of your summoned creature that uses the action but set it to 100% transparent. Include in the action the command that makes the enemy visible as it attacks.
This is all pretty advanced stuff, so you might need to mess around with enemy actions for a while until you get a handle on how they work.

Heh, glad to hear someone is also trying to remake FFX , *i do when i get mad at Zelda and feel like a change in pace* So far, i have made every camera movement almost on que to the game and up to where the three kids say "teach us how to blitz", and making the next few parts isn't going to be fun . I'm sure i can almost remake the entire game, but i'm using the default battle system and i'm trying to figure out a simple way to make music *it's hard! * Summons.....well, eh..... I am currently not going to use summons as characters, as they made the game kinda too easy, so i'm sticking with a method like this: They have MP, and you can have them cast Magic as long as they have it. They have Atk and a attack command if MP isn't there. and finally, a OD system that calculates how much damage they did and they recieved. But thats just me, i like challenges
