Hey guys. Instead of giving a long introduction of who I am (which may come later), I thought I'd jump right in with a question. I am currently working on a test title to try out some of the new tricks. I'm not a pro with RPGM2, so that's probably why you're seeing this topic.
In the game I'm working on, I have a movable barrel that I'm testing out. It's able to be moved from four different sides (from north, south, east and west). The move of the barrel itself is perfectly fine. I found out that I could use it as a platform to bridge a gap. However I am trying another technique. I'm trying to move a crate (same barrel moving script) over a certain floor panel which should activate a switch. I have no idea how I am to do that. Can anyone help me out? Here's how I want the event to go down, story wise:
"The player pushes the crate onto the floor panel and a treasure chest appears elsewhere." Right now I'm working on both of these events. All help is greatly appreciated.

At the top of your conditions for moving insert Event>Movement>Bypass Objects=yes, and if you sorted the variables before the TO END part you would simply do, Event>Movement>Bypass Objects=No. Hope that helps.

Ah, thanks. Now how do I activate the event which makes the treasure chest appear (after the box is shoved onto the switch)?

Well if the Treasure chest is in the same room as the switch use this command, Event>Control>Change>New>TREASURE CHEST EVENT, below you can insert your commands on what you want to do to the chest, just if you wanna go back to the box use this, Event>Control>Change>Current Event.

Thank you, I'll give this a try this evening.
(Btw, sorry I didn't reply to you in the chatroom. I didn't see what you typed until after you left.)
