Wow.... This will be the first time i tell u guys anything about my game. I dont have a name for it yet, but im considering a few things. Everyone on this world is trapped in hidden cities after a nuclear holocaust. They use magic to create barriers to hold the radiation out. Fifty years have passed, and it is now safe to go outside. The government has more control over the people this way. So they dont take down the magic barriers, and pollution is bad. They use Nuclear power to keep the barriers up, and now their suffering from what they tired to escape The main characters sister dies as a result of extreme pollution(smoke cant get out either,) And now Lance is p*ssed at the government and joins the HH. HH stands for helping hand, and their basically just a group of rebels trying to get out of the Izlud (the magic barrier) There is more later... what do u like so far? & possible titles, obviously ive thought of just Izlud

as for titles, something simple like 'Holocaust' might be fitting. it seems like a very good start. i would suggest that you develop the idea a little more, perhaps giving the government some traits, as to why they are want so much control. (are they just power hungry, or is it for the sake of the peoples protection).

I like the conspiracy tone that the game has. Some of the most intriguing news items involve the exposure of conspiracies by publicly-visible entities, such as the Enron scandal, election-tampering, and improper benefits given to collegiate athletes. To make a game that involves overcoming a government conspiracy should be really cool to play, as long as you are sure that the conspiracy is well-planned and makes a lot of sense. There is nothing worse than a good concept that is only partially explained, as it is hard for the player to get into something that he can't believe.

Here i go again..: OK- Info on Government. This is crucial, and leads into the start of the game. Government is based on a new religion. Yennism- The belief that higher classes know what is best for lower classes. The people in this faith believe that commoners dont know what is best for them, and that if more fortunate people control them, the end result would be better. This leads to a power struggle withing the isolated city of Toru. Each ruler is followed by a coup, a civil war, and being replaced with another leader. After the Holocaust (2034 A.D.), the Toruain Government of Yessans(TORGY), decrees that the world has entered a new era: N.E.(Novo Era) Leaders: Leader that comes to power in 50 N.E. his name is Marcus Gravis, his father was Angus Gravis. Angus was a horrible dictator, he was Yennist, he was a snake, a cheater, and even more important in Toru at the time, he had his own private army of mercenaries. He was assasinated. The rumor spread by the other nobles was that he was killed by the HH. (The HH were a group of people trying to help the future of the people of Toru, and that of Earth.) Marcus Gravis was young, naive vain, and basically was a weak ruler the nobles could manipulate, bribe, and then kill. On top of this, The Radiation has cleared, and it is medically safe to go back to the surface. Every commoner lines up on Christmas Day, outside the Ish’ag (houses the TORGY leaders) The nobles locked the gates, and sent soldiers outside. The soldiers shoot a thousand innocent people, and Lance’s(main character) sister, Kanali is shot, but he is spared. The crowd runs, and Lance takes the rumor of the HH’s assassination to heart as his sister dies and sets out to join them, with his friends. Note: His best friend is a noble, and is faithful to TORGY, Lance will have to kill him. (I’m evil...) A lot of new vocab... sorry, if im not clear, tell me and ill edit this.

OK. The game starts with Lance and his girlfirend(sort of) breaking into a TORGY mansion. after killing several security guards in the lobby, they head upstairs. They are looking for Trevor Traiha, as he is a scientist who figured out how to open wormholes. The HH realizes that this would be perfect for them to use to escape the imprisonment of the Izlud. Got to go sorry guys... i planned to write more. EDIT: im back. OK again; Trevor gets "captured" by the HH and They take all his notes, and his functioning warp gate. They are walking out, and They get assaulted by Habir's uncle. Habir's uncle, Greio recognizes Lance and Kara immediately. He kills trevor, and then another battle happens. Cutscene: Afterward, Lance and Kara are alone. They are both feeling guilty about killing Habir's uncle. They go to Habir to confess. Neither of them can take the guilt. Habir was saddened, crying, and p*ssed off. Lance tries to fess up. he says: "We know who killed your uncle..." Habir turns vicious. He literally assaults Lance trying to find out. Kara tells him that it was the HH, to save Lance and Habir from fighting more later... sorry g2g
