I found a way to allow your character movement of one arm! Well this kinda helps if your somewhat skilled with VFX(like moi)But what you do is make some clothes that are a little wider than the characters frame, then move the character up to about the position of the head. Make sure you use the float or it wont work, yes I know he floats *note its best to make your character skinny.

Make sure to make your character skinny so you can make the clothes less bulbous, other than that, be glad to use it.

That is really a pretty good idea; I've never heard of anyone else doing that. To help get some people started, could you tell us what elements and stuff you used to make those clothes?

The top one is the Barrier A, and a ring effect, and the bottom one I'm not sure what he used for the cap but the clothers are barrier A effects again. So really it's fairly simple but still looks pretty cool.

I figured its great to use for a weird, looking character. The best part is the arms, you can move them anyway you like, you can even add hands. But I think this is relatively useful if I do say so myself.
