Ever wanted to know what you could do with RPG Maker 2? Well, look no further. After securing permission from the creator, I have been allowed to show off this guy's game on the Mag. See what the hype's about. I'm sure you guys will appreciate it! www.rpgmmag.com

The pictures looked cool, but unfortunately, I can't download the video right now, as I'm gonna be getting off in a couple minutes. I'll look into it tomorrow.

Well the videos were ungodly studly, but I was hoping to see some features that we didn't get. The only thing i think I noticed was the characters head nod thing...but that just may be one of his actions..*unsure. But Yeah this guy definately is god at ACBS. Now I may just have to make something that runs that smooth and active, shadow may just get revamped :-). I have my 3rd generation ACBS planned out, I just haven't made it yet.
~~~~~~ Side note on my ACBS's Zelda: LA- 1st generation, has delays Zelda: Triforce- 2nd gen, delay free, but has enemy limit My 3rd generation is delay free and allows for no enemy limit
OMG
THAT WAS AWSOME.
Jaw dropping...
All I have left to say, is where do I sign up for lessons.
Really, If I was that good, I would make a guide to make a game like that and sell it. I would buy it.
Is there a Japanese Doan Domain that this fellow may reside at? He is just too damn good........ Its a shame that we will never be able to play it. His CBS is very reminisant of Drakengard, or Dynasty Warriors. Plus his VFX were very amazing as well. I wonder if in Japan they drool over Jugems Tetris.... Edit: By the way Nash, the head nod thing is actually one of the character models special motions. (Same as Deans in HH2.)
Wow!!!!!!!!! when I first saw it I didn't believe that he did all that with RPGM2!!!!! I am still awe struck by his VFX skills and his CBS! Someone should find him. He would be an excellent member to the board!
Pretty amazing, although I'm sure that given another year or two (as they have had in Japan), one of our members could have come up with something similar.
Thanks for the link, Ixzion. I'm moving this thread to the RPGM2 Creative Development forum since it has nothing to do with Tech Help.
That was amazingly cool. It almost makes me want to give up on my game, but I'm having too much fun. It was definitely worth the download time on my ghetto computer. Cool.
I wonder if in Japan they drool over Jugems Tetris.... Heh, I wonder if they've even heard of it. Wouldn't mind hearing what they thought of it though. Like Nash, it makes me want to create an acbs. Although I think my previous effort at an acbs was pretty smooth already, but maybe I could improve it a little. Maybe one of my "dead" projects (one that has gotten a lot of requests to bring back) isn't quite so dead as I thought. I may just have to bring it out of the darkness and breathe new life into it, or possibly build it from scratch again (but doing things a little simpler and more efficient this time around)....assuming I'm up to the challenge of such a big task....
