Doctor Who, a new version? It's too bad I don't have access to the Sci-Fi Channel anymore. Oh well, the only reason why I liked to watch Doctor Who in the first place was for those cheap special effects personally. Whenever I'd watch Doctor Who, it was on PBS late at night. Do they still show Doctor Who on PBS I wonder?

PBS Stations are all independent.
Some still show it.
I'm just happy to see more new stuff.
I hate high tech special effects! Hated Star Wars in 1977 when I saw it in the theater.
I took one look at The Death Star and blurted out "Where's the string?? What are they using, a computer?? Get it outta here!"
I still hate mixing cgi with live action.
One or the other works, but they do not mix!
