It uses DARKBasic, which is a dialect based on the BASIC language I believe?
Just from that, I'd say go for it, it's only less than $30. However, buyer beware.

Yeah, I know. I read allot of reviews about it, and I read allot that looked exactly liked the RPGM2 reviews... I already did very little bit of Basic programing, so I will not be totally confused. But I am seriously thinking about it...

Ok, I now have DarkBasic, and it is pretty sweet. I already made a title screen, and some other basic stuff. I am currently messing with 3D models to put in there. =D

It is easy to use and learn, but it takes time to get it "mastered." You can go to www.thegamecreators.com/ and check some of the stuff they have to offer. I would advise it to people who wants to make commercial games (sell what you make) but easy to learn.
