I think there might be a fight today, depending on this ironic situation. Let's just hope its not a bloody one.

There's a unique new fraudulent money-making scheme for you. What will we come up with next? Also, you always do that, taizon. You hint at a fight, and then don't tell us anything about it. What happened??!!

Anyone? lol I think everyone would agree it's stupid to have it passcode protected. Considering they give ya the password right in the manual...

Stupid fetch quest game! I hate wasting my time on a crappy game! At least gobli's adventure taught you a little about the game creation process! Stupid fuma game! Stupid fuma programmers being all secret like with their codes! Only using numbers in their lists makes me wanna them!
Oh, by the way, I just beat FFX-2 with the perfect ending. God! Now that was satisfying!

You know, I remember back about four months ago when Doan had just reached his 200th post, and now, I look at his post count and I am amazed. Over 800 posts. Considering how few members and how relatively new this board is thats impressive. Ah the good ol days.

The "good old days", the board is just reaching 1/2 year. Just you wait till we pass a year! ...I hope we'll still be around then :-\

Unless some horrible turn of fate destroys all my intrest in RPG's and ruins every internet connection for a hundred miles , I'll probably still be here. After all I got a whole trilogy to make!

Have you checked out Doan's new post in our games? He's got something very ambitious planned for the whole community!

Thanks for the praise, TFR. Actually, I hadn't intended for this project to be all that ambitious on the creation end. I was hoping that we could put together a good, solid (but reasonably short) story that could be created in a few months. Unfortunately (if I can say that), the ideas I've seen so far are very good, but seem to lend themselves to a very developed game. I wanted something that I'd be able to make quickly once the foundation was laid down, but if that's not what comes about, I'll still try my best to get this game together.

Just because a game has a well developed background doesn't mean that the game itself will be long and drawn out. A 15 hour game can be made out of any story line, I mean how else do they pack a 30hr+ novel into a 2hr movie? Don't get discouraged before we begin. Lots of backstory leave it open to the player how far and how long the game goes.

You're right, I see what you mean. Yes, I suppose a well-developed backstory could be very long and serve merely to lay a consistent foundation for the events in the game. We'll have to wait and see what we all put together, I guess.

Hey Doan, how come you've never displayed an avatar?

I never happened to see a picture which I felt defined my personality. Also, I like having no flare and all substance, because that's the way I feel that my personality is, if you know what I mean. I just like to be the quiet one who slips in and says the occasional comment and then is gone again.

Quiet, like that kids that bring guns to school.
But, thats cool, I used to be like until life sort of forced me to be more flamboyant!
I miss the quiet somedays.
