Has anybody thought to customize the Death character model along these lines? Just curious if this is an original idea or if someone beat me to it (like with many of my "Original Ideas"). Peace.

Yeah I used something like that in my first project. After the data got erased all my amazing VFX were destroyed. Go ahead and use it any way Rodak its all yours. Good Job on him! But have you ever considered making your own grim reaper? If anyone wants to see ill be glad to post it.

Were you able to get the animation to sync?
I only got the wait motion to look good on one of the four (and the hood still overlaps a little of the skull at one extreme, but it's minor).
That took a long time.
I can't imagine syncing up all the motions, but it would be quite the accomplishment.
I wasn't even planning on using him for anything.
I was just playing (this is a game after all...).
But I thought some folks would get a kick out of him, so I posted him.
It's hard to see, but one has a red head underneath and the lines that look black are really dark red.
Looks cool on the screen.

Yeah with the custom one I made does move in sync. Except when the hoody mooves it kinda looks crappy but hey it looks good enough. I will post him tonight after work.

Yeah, I have no idea why enterbrain and agetec didn't make the model like that instead of the lavender weird thing, but I like this one.

Well that certainly gets around syncing the skull motion with the movement of the model.
Try adding another feather to the sythe, rotated 90 degrees (easily done with copy and paste!). It will look better at all angles. That is wise when using any 2D element if it will be seen in 3D.

Thank you, he is about the size, a little more actually of the character models. SO he works nicely, if anyone would like an explanation just ask.
