I would wish to get one. Is it a Memory Card or some sort of device? Then, can you explain how it works?

The Max Drive is a memory stick, similar to the ones you can buy to save computer files and transfer those files from one computer to another. I use a memory stick to transfer files from my PC at home to the Mac at school and vice versa. My PC sometimes can't read Mac files but it works most of the time.
The Max Drive works the same way, letting you move files from the PC to the PS2 and Vice Versa. You need a program to convert PS2 files to a format the PC can read and back again, but other than that the Max Drive is a normal memory stick.

I need a program to upload my PS2 files onto the computer? What is it?

The CD comes with the Max Drive and it actual moves the files from the PS2 to the Max Drive. You don't need a program to move the files from the Max Drive to the PC unless you have an older PC (Windows 98). The Max Drive comes with a disk for the PC as well so there is no problem in this case either. You can also get the PC program from Codejunkies website if you need it, but you must buy the Max Drive to get the PS2 disk.

So, Code Junkies has a download for the program if you have Windows 98 or lower (I, personally, have Windows 98)?

Funny, I've never needed a PC program to move my files from the MD to the comp. I just plug it in a USB port and the comp reads it like any other flashdrive.
That aside, using the Max Drive can be hazardous too the health of your memory card if you don't know what you are doing.
When working with MAX Drive and memory card only do only the following:
1. Copy files from the MemCard to the MaxD. 2. Uncrush files from MaxD to MemCard 3. Delete files off MaxD 4. Upload default saves from MaxD Disc to MemCard.
Do Not! I repeat DO NOT do anything else to your MemCard with the MaxD Disc options.
Do Not move files to or from your memory card. Do Not delete files from your memory card. Do Not do anything other than the four items listed above unless you want to run the risk of corrupting every single file on your memory card!!!

A USB Port is in the back of a computer, right? Well, if that's true, is there any sort of device I can hook up to the USB Port and it can serve as the port for a memory stick (Max Drive).
I still don't have a Max Drive yet, but I want to be prepared and expect what to do before I get one.

Um you mean like an extension cable so you don't have to reach around the comp to use the USB? Or are you wondering if the Max Drive needs a convertier of some sort?

You can pick these up in any office supply store, but I suggest getting one from a resale computer shop. Retail for a USB extension cables start around $20 bucks and go as high as $50!
Oh, and be sure to get a male to female cable!
